During the registration process, we collect your email and password. During onboarding, we collect additional information including your full name, occupation, the organization you belong to, and a profile picture. This information is collected via forms on our site.

The information collected is used for rendering our Scrum product management services, customer service, personalization, and improvement of services. We also collect analytics data to monitor traffic and adapt our infrastructure accordingly.

3. Cookies

We use cookies for managing user authentication and sessions. These cookies are used solely for this purpose and not for any other tracking activity.

4. third-party Services

We use third-party services like Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Sanity, Mailerlite, and Calendly to deliver our services. These services may also collect data about the users.

5. Data Security

We store user data on Supabase, leveraging PostgreSQL's proven Row Level Security. We also use Vercel's security features such as Custom IP Filtering, Automated Backups, Scalable DDoS Mitigation, and HTTPS/SSL. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (HTTPS / TLS).

6. Data Breaches

In case of a data breach, we will notify our users as soon as possible. We are currently developing a more detailed policy and procedure for such events.

7. Your Rights

Users can access, correct, and delete their data through their account. If any issues arise during this process, users can contact us and we will assist them.

8. International Data Transfers

Currently, we do not transfer data internationally. User data is stored on databases managed by Supabase located in Central Canada.

9. opt-out

At the moment, we do not have an opt-out option for data collection as the data collected is essential for the delivery of our services. However, we are working towards offering more control to our users.
